The Supreme Court, in its recent Order No. 16477 of June 13, 2024, referred to the United Sections an interesting question, loaded with important and frequent practical implications, which concerns the possibility of configuring the tacit waiver of the company's claims, not included in the final liquidation balance sheet, as an automatic effect of its cancellation from the Register of Companies, with the consequent extinction of the lawsuit aimed at having them ascertained.
