On 30 November, the first event of Nedcommunity's North-East Chapter will take place in Padua, tackling a crucial issue for the country's development: SMEs represent over 95% of Italian companies and are mainly family businesses not subject to self-regulatory codes. During the event, the guidelines and principles of corporate governance applicable to unlisted companies will be presented, a document produced by Nedcommunity together with ecoDa a.s.b.l - The European Confederation of Directors Associations. Our partner Ilaria Belluco, as well as Northeastern Chapter delegate, will coordinate a panel discussion on the topic.
