CBA in renewables JV between Gardant and Canadian Solar

Gardant Investor SGR invested through its directly managed funds in the purchase from Canadian Solar of part of the shares of the Canadian Solar Fund Finint Solare - Fund I, conceived and managed by Finint Investments SGR and initially wholly owned by Canadian Solar, in order to create a financial-industrial joint venture in the renewable energy sector. CBA's Real Estate Team, led by partner Francesco Assegnati, followed Finint Investments SGR for the legal and regulatory aspects.
