CBA with Primonial to set up two real estate Sicaf

CBA, with a team led by partner Francesco Assegnati, assisted Primonial Reim in the authorisation and set-up phase of Primonial Italian Healthcare Fund Sicaf and Primonial Reim European Healthcare Fund Sicaf, heterogeneous real estate Fia, participated, respectively, by Primovie, a Scpi under French law, and by Preim European Healthcare Fund, a sub-fund of the pan-European Fia Primonial Reim Sicav-Fis, both vehicles managed by the Primonial group.
