Unitary Patent Court: it is time.

The protocol on provisional application of the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court (UPC) has entered into force. The European project aimed at granting Community operators unitary protection through the “Unitary Patent” and the UPC is put back on track. Therefore, it is time for such operators to look into the development of a strategy, especially regarding the innovative opt-out mechanism.
