CBA in FIA Mercury/Comparto Tirreno’s acquisition of “La Riviera Shopville” shopping mall

The CBA’s cross-sectoral team coordinated by Francesco Assegnati, Fabrizio Magrì and Francesco Dialti supported the Mercury Nuovo Tirreno Fund in the acquisition. This closes the investment process of the Conad/Cattolica fund family, which has raised over 500 million. CBA has started to support the transaction from 2016, by providing legal advice to Cattolica, and serves now as deal counsel on all transactions with regard to legal, tax and structuring aspects, as well as to administrative and financing aspects
