The CBA team led by Mattia Dalla Costa managed and coordinated the legal aspects of the M&A transaction in Germany, by advising Sodalis, a leading Italian group in the beauty industry, which is now taking an important step towards global business development. The group holds now two companies in the German market and is pursuing international expansion.
