Ministerial Decree no. 106/2020 implements the National Single Register of the Third Sector (Registro unico nazionale del terzo settore, Runts). In particular, the Decree lays down enrolment and document filing procedures and, more in general, the rules concerning the keeping, maintenance and management of the RUNTS.
