CBA’s team coordinated by Francesco Assegnati and Fabrizio Magrì advised the Sparkasse Group in the development of a new housing estate at Via Selvanesco, Milan. The team covered the legal and tax aspects of the initiative, which involves 80 new units, of which over 60 are for residential housing, in an estate that promotes sociality. The project has the big merit that it redeveloped a former industrial area through innovative, green-oriented actions.
