Environment and social commitment introduced in the bylaws of Snam

Snam will become the first listed Italian company to integrate, in its bylaws, ESG objectives and corporate purpose. The inclusion of ESG principles as binding commitments in the bylaws raises the bar for Italian listed companies competing in the race towards sustainability.
