CBA Team headed by Francesco Dialti assisted BancaImpresa, the corporate bank of Gruppo Iccrea, in the acquisition, by Fintowage, of a majority shareholding in the Greek NewCo Nemeca Z Maritime Company and in the transfer of ownership of three towboats from Greek-Euro Towage Maritime Company to the same NewCo.
