CBA advises Synesthesia on the emergence of a new player in the tech scene

CBA, in the person of Milena Prisco, assisted Synesthesia, one of the major software houses in Italy, in the merger with TheLab, an agency focusing on the design of Apps for a global audience.
The transaction is part of a broader, unceasing process aimed at rethinking and fine-tuning products, with a view to optimize mobile services, e-commerce and, digital experience in general. This is also part of the acceleration in the digital transformation in the time of Covid.
