The requirement that there be a plurality of investors in Italian real estate AIFs

There are still concerns about some controversial aspects of the so-called ‘plurality’ of investors, according to the rules applicable to real estate AIFs. While core issues can be easily clarified, there is a number of in-between situations that need to be properly assessed, considering their practicalities. The resulting logical process is complex and shall necessarily build on the Community regulatory framework.
