With decision no. 841 of May 9, 2020, The Regional Administrative Court (TAR) of Calabria ruled on the action brought by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers against the order no. 37 of April 29, 2020 of the President of Regione Calabria, which had been introduced, as declared, to ‘prevent and handle COVID-2019 epidemiological emergency’. The order had gone to the news for allowing the early resumption ‘of the activities of bars, pastry shops, restaurants, pizzerias, farmhouses providing outdoor table service exclusively’ on the territory of Regione Calabria.
