CBA assists STAF Srl – a company acquired by FINLOGIC – on legal and labour-law related matters

The CBA team headed by Nicola Canessa and Gianvito Riccio advised STAF S.r.l. on legal and labour-law related matters as regards the drafting of a binding agreement for Finlogic – an IT company supplying solutions for automated product identification – for the acquisition of 100% of STAF S.r.l. – a company based in Rottofreno (PC) supplying self-adhesive labels since 1994.
