Una Tavola Rotonda con i protagonisti della moda e addetti ai lavori per condividere visioni e prospettive sulla strada della moda.

Le proiezioni dell’anno in corso hanno evidenziato una crescita dell’industria moda che va dal 3.5% al 4.5%, con un rallentamento rispetto al 2018.

I rapporti e gli indici dei principali player del settore evidenziano fra le cause la volatilità e l’incertezza dell’economia globale, su cui incide in maniera importante la guerra dei dazi fra USA, Cina e molti mercati emergenti e la Brexit, che potrebbero notevolmente impattare sulla global chain.

Condizionamenti questi che impongono nuove sfide all’industria della moda e del lusso, costretta a ripensare i propri modelli nell’ottica di minimizzare i rischi di una decrescita e sfruttare le opportunità presentate dai paesi dell’area Asia-Pacific e dalla rinegoziazione di accordi bilaterali sui dazi.

Lo scenario attuale vede un forte contrasto fra politiche protezioniste dei maggiori mercati B2B e l’apertura sempre più globale del B2C grazie alla digitalizzazione che pone il consumatore al centro del sistema, come provato dal Regolamento EU Geoblocking.

In this section, you may register to take part in events, meetings or workshops arranged by CBA (hereinafter, in brief, the “Events”) and receive CBA’s newsletters and invitations to future Events organized by CBA Studio Legale e Tributario, subject to your explicit consent.
Pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 on personal data protection, please find below our privacy policy.

1. Controller and Data Protection Officer

CBA Studio Legale e Tributario, with registered office in Milan (MI), C.so Europa no. 15, VAT code IT08122350153, represented by its Managing Partner, Dott. Angelo Rocco Bonissoni, shall act as Data Controller.

2. Legal basis, Methods and Purposes of Processing

Following entry of your personal data (hereinafter, the “Data”) in the appropriate form, the controller will process them in order to register at the events organized by CBA, and, subject to your explicit consent, to receive CBA’s newsletters and invitations to any future Events (conferences, seminars, live streaming events, video interviews, webinars) arranged by CBA.
Subject to registration, CBA will process your Data predominantly by electronic means, in compliance with this notice and the Privacy Policy available at the following link, which you are recommended to read carefully.
CBA’s processing does not involve any automated decision-making procedure.
The Data will be processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, and in compliance with the rules on confidentiality and security.
Where learning credits are awarded upon attendance of an event, the Data shall be transmitted to the relevant Professional Board for the same purposes underlying their collection.

3. Data Retention

Subject to the User’s approval, the processing of Data shall be limited, in any event, to maximum 24 months.

4. Data Transfer

Your Data may be transferred to Data Processors located in third countries outside the European Economic Area; any such transfer complies with statutory requirements, as it is directed towards entities having their residence in countries offering an adequate level of data protection or towards entities ensuring compliance with the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

In addition, you are entitled to:
a) ask the Controller to provide access to your Data, as well as to update, amend, or erase them, or restrict, or object to, the processing of Data relating to you;
b) in relation to the processing founded on the legal basis of consent, revoke your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation;
c) file complaints with the Italian Supervisory Authority;
d) receive the personal data that you have provided us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format for the purpose of transmitting them to another controller.
