CBA advises on the transfer of three insurance companies by Banca Popolare di Vicenza under compulsory liquidation

The receivers of former BPVi, assisted by CBA’s multidisciplinary team coordinated by partners Matteo Bascelli, Luca Fabbrini, Giorgio Iacobone and Antonio Martini, announced the prospective sale of 40% of the ordinary shares of the three insurance companies (in which Cattolica Assicurazioni holds a 60% stake).
