In its judgment dated 13.05.2015 (case C-516/13), the Court of Justice of the European Union has expressed its opinion on the notion of “public distribution” under article 4 of Directive 2001/29/EC of 22 May 2001.

In its ruling dated 11/7/2014, the Regional Administrative Court of Lombardy denied its jurisdiction over the claim for damages brought by the owner of a structure erected in accordance with a building permit, which the ordinary judge subsequently deemed illegitimate, thus ordering the demolition of the structure.
