The EU Court of Justice in its judgment of 22.10.2015 expressed its views on the risk of confusion between an earlier trademark consisting of a sequence of letters and a later trademark reproducing the same sequence of letters.
Italian listed real estate investment companies (SIIQ) represent one of the instruments of the real estate sector that have aroused more interest in recent months among domestic and foreign investors.
