Legitimate dismissal grounded on profit increase – The skills of the average technician: parameters for the assessment of counterfeiting for equivalents – 2016 Stability Law: some of the measures for the construction industry
With reference to the issue of dismissal for justified objective reasons, the Supreme Court has ruled that the judge's investigation may be limited to verifying the actual existence of organizational needs without investigating the purpose pursued by the employer.
In its ruling no. 22351 of 2.11.15, the Italian Supreme Court expressed its views in the matter of patent counterfeiting for equivalents in relation to the assessment of the infringement by the company Omac S.r.l. of a patent concerning an industrial loading and unloading machine and coupling strips of leather registered by Galli S.p.A.
