CBA assists the banks involved in the restructuring of Moreschi S.p.A.’s debt exposure

The team coordinated by partner Matteo Bascelli advised the banks on the transaction aimed at recovering Moreschi S.p.A.’s indebtedness.
Through the investment in the company's growth, the transaction will allow the commercial re-launching of the brand, which has been active since 1946 in the production and marketing of men and women’s luxury footwear, jackets, bags and leather accessories.
