Secondment of workers in Italy – what’s new? – Patent box. Corporate trademarks under challenge – The new challenge of CDP: from social housing to smart housing

Legislative Decree no. 136/16 has implemented Directive 2014/67/EU in Italy, which regulates the secondment of workers.
Under the Patent box regime, lawmakers have foreseen a partial tax exemption for all persons entitled to business income, of the proceeds deriving from the exploitation of intangible assets.
After the huge success achieved with social housing, Fondo Investimenti per l’Abitare (FIA) of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) has prepared a second phase in which it would seem willing to develop a new smart housing project, which represents an evolution of social housing.
