ICOs and Blockchain: The State of Art in Italy

The year 2019 will be remembered for the big shift, which has been involving the Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) and the blockchain under the Italian law perspective. On June 5, 2019, the Italian Stock Exchange Authority (Consob) closed its public consultations launched on March 19, 2019, with the aim to regulate ICOs at a domestic level.
