Pink Power 2026 – Female leadership on the rise in Italian law firms

According to the latest report by Censis, prepared in collaboration with Cassa Forense, women now account for 46.8% of the Italian legal profession. This is one of the key findings highlighted in the latest edition of the Pink Power report by Affari Legali – ItaliaOggi Sette, which provides a snapshot of women’s presence in structured legal practices.

Among the lawyers featured are Barbara Orlando, who focuses on public sector contracts, urban planning law and real estate transactions, and Roberta Toschi, an expert in employment and labour law, certified Disability Manager and member of the Disability Management Federation.
