CBA advises BCC Alba Langhe Roero e Canavese on the financing of a PNRR-supported student housing project

CBA Studio Legale e Tributario advised Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Alba, Langhe, Roero e del Canavese Società Cooperativa in connection with the financing of a project involving the refurbishment of a property in the province of Turin to be converted into student housing. The project also benefits from funding under Italy's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

CBA advised the lending bank on the drafting and negotiation of the financing documentation with a team led by partner Francesco Dialti and comprising associates Valentina Bombino and Lucrezia Ghezzi. Advice on administrative law aspects of the transaction was provided by senior associate Barbara Orlando and associate Nicolò Garberi.
