CBA strengthens its Real Estate capabilities with the addition of Partner Rita Marchetti

CBA continues to strengthen its Real Estate practice with the addition of Partner Rita Marchetti. Rita brings a distinguished track record in advising on investments, acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and portfolios, as well as the structuring of complex real estate transactions, with particular expertise in the hospitality sector. She is widely recognised for her experience both in Italy and internationally.

With more than 25 years of experience, Rita advises institutional investors, real estate and industrial companies, hotel groups and financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Her practice focuses on acquisitions and disposals of real estate portfolios, sale-and-leaseback transactions, real estate development projects, hotel management agreements and branded residences.

Admitted to the Italian Bar in 2002, Rita was also admitted to the New York Bar after studying and working in New York as a Fulbright Scholar. She is recognised by Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer in the Real Estate and Construction category.
