The Unified Patent Court, it is time

The Protocol for the Provisional Application of the International Agreement on the Unified Patent Court (UPC) has entered into force. This marks the start of the European project, which aims to guarantee a single protection for Community operators through the 'Unitary Patent' and the Consolidated Patent Office.
