Written by expert local practitioners with extensive experience in the field of data protection and privacy, both within the European Union and further afield, every chapter gives a detailed overview of the relevant data protection and privacy law within each national jurisdiction, yet is also structured in a way that allows for quick comparisons to be made between the legal regimes of the various jurisdictions addressed.
