Giuseppe joined the Firm in 2013. Previously, he worked in leading national law firms.
Giuseppe advises Italian and foreign clients, including Banks and Investment funds, both in Court that out of Court (in relation to ordinary and extraordinary transactions). He has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having advised leading Italian and foreign institutional investors on complex transactions in all sectors of the real estate market (residential, in particular social housing, shopping centers, hotels, etc.).
During his professional career, he has developed specific expertise in Civil Law, in particular Commercial, Corporate and Real Estate. He has also acquired specific expertise in International Law (public and private) and EU Law, with a special attention to specific issues such as Countries’ immunity and international investments.
Giuseppe is recognised by Legal 500 as Key Lawyer in Energy.
