Evelyne joined the Firm in 2024. She has been practising law since 2002, first as Senior Associate and then as Of Counsel in leading international law firms.
She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, assisting foreign multinationals and Italian industrial operators, with particular emphasis on internationalisation projects, delocalisation of production and corporate and contractual joint ventures.
She has acted as counsel in numerous international arbitrations before leading institutions.
Thanks to her knowledge of the German language, she represents the interests of numerous German companies in Italy, assisting entrepreneurs not only in the initial investment phase but also in the day-to-day management of commercial and corporate law issues.
