Gerolamo Pellicanò

Gerolamo joined the Firm in 2008. Previously, he focused on corporate law and held senior positions in national and international law firms.
Gerolamo specialises in matters relating to personal data protection legislation. Other main areas of expertise include commercial and corporate law, corporate governance and anti-money laundering. He has dealt with matters of confidentiality law since 1991, when, as Member of Parliament, he had presented one of the first legislative proposals on the matter as first signatory. Assists companies (including banks and financial institutes, major listed companies, publishing houses, insurance companies), offering consulting, opinions, legal assistance and assistance before the data protection Authority.
