She specializes in litigation and corporate restructuring, assisting funds and industry operators in the acquisition of distressed assets, workout activities, and enhancement. She also provides advisory services to companies in proceedings involving crisis and insolvency regulation tools for non-performing loan portfolios in both individual and insolvency procedures, from pre-litigation to litigation, and up to assistance in asset acquisition or the disposal of non-performing/unlikely-to-pay credit.
