Marco joined the Firm in 2026 as an Associate; previously, he worked at a law and tax firm that is part of an international network.
He advises Private Clients, including HNWIs, entrepreneurs, professional athletes and executives, as well as leading Italian and international groups, on international tax matters.
His areas of practice include preferential tax regimes for HNWIs and impatriates, the application of double tax treaties, cross-border corporate taxation, transfer pricing (e.g. TP policy, TP documentation, APA/MAP), IP taxation, and the design of incentive and co-investment plans.
