Specialized in judicial disputes and out-of-court settlements on the matters of successions and donations, corporate law, financial leases, real estate law, transfers or lease of ongoing business concerns, franchising and other commercial licence agreements.
In 2017, he also launched a practice dedicated to family offices, trusts and fiduciary businesses.
