Marta Fusco

Marta joined the Firm in 2018. Previously, she worked in an in-house legal department at a company and collaborated with a leading law firm, with an international vocation.
Marta mainly deals with legal assistance and advice, both judicial and extrajudicial, to private individuals and companies in the field of civil and commercial law as well as to companies involved in M&A transactions or in pathological phases of their life, with a focus on debt restructuring. She also deals with legal assistance and advice in the administrative liability of entities matters (Legislative Decree 231/01).
She acquired extensive experience in managing clients on issues related to wealth management and inheritance law, both in extrajudicial and judicial matters.
