Francesco joined the Firm in 2025, He previously worked at a Big4 and at international law Firms.
He specializes in M&A transactions, corporate and commercial law, advising Italian and international clients on extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance matters.
He has significant experience in drafting and negotiating share and asset sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, by-laws and shareholders’ agreements, as well as all other commercial documents typically required in M&A transactions.
He coordinates and conducts legal due diligence activities (sell-side and buy-side) in the context of complex deals.
