Silvia joined CBA in February 2023 as a trainee lawyer.
She is involved in consulting on commercial and contractual matters, with specific focus on intellectual property and new technology law, both in and out of court.
In particular, she has been engaged in the drafting of the T&Cs of a gaming platform on the metaverse as well as in drafting opinions on electronic signatures and on vertical restraints and competition law.
