Nino has been with the Firm since 2020 as a tax senior associate.
Since 1997, he has been working at primary Roman tax firms as a tax consultant in national and international taxation with reference to direct and indirect taxation profiles, frequently dealing, among others, with tax issues related to restructuring operations of national and international industrial groups. He is constantly in charge, directly handling relations with the tax authorities, of the litigation and pre-litigation tax activities carried out by the Firm, including the presentation of the different types of interpellation requests. He carried out the same activities for over 10 years in the Veneto region, taking care of and maintaining relations with the Financial Administration at a local and regional level. In the course of these activities, he has developed extensive tax expertise in the aeronautical and aerospace sectors. Nino is recognised by Legal 500 as a Key Lawyer in Tax.
