Nica has been working with CBA since 2022 assisting, in ordinary and extraordinary transactions, in particular, SGRs and developers in the real estate and renewable energy markets.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked with a leading boutique law-firm in Milan, gaining experience in the real estate sector, with a particular focus in assistance and advice, both in favor of institutional and private entities, in the structuring and execution of transactions involving the purchase and sale of portfolios or individual real estate assets intended for different uses (office, retail, residential, logistics and hotel), as well as in real estate development transactions and in drafting lease agreements
