Ownership of inventions made by the employee, no to exclusive jurisdiction

According to the European Courts, determining the ownership of an invention is not so much a question of the existence or validity of the patent title as of the subject matter of the patent, with the result that there is no need to attribute exclusive jurisdiction to the courts that have material and legal proximity to the register.
