In a recent judgment (No. 35496 of 2 December 2022), the Court of Cassation provided an initial interpretation, departing heavily from its consolidated orientation, on the protection regime to be applied to old employees hired (before 7 March 2015) in the event of unlawful economic dismissal, in light of the Constitutional Court's rulings.
