L'incontro è dedicato alla tutela del segreto industriale con particolare riferimento alle nuove normative in materia ed alle nuove procedure e protocolli interni richiesti per mantenere la validità del proprio know-how aziendale, così come introdotte dal recente D.Lgs. 11 maggio 2018, n. 63.

Il tema è di particolare interesse per tutte le Aziende in quanto non sempre vi è una corretta percezione dei rischi legati alla perdita del know-how a seguito della mancata adozione di adeguate procedure e protocolli interni.
