Late medical certificate justifies prolonged sick leave

In a recent order (Court of Cassation, Sec. Lav., no. 33134 of 10 November 2022), the Court of Cassation ruled on the legitimacy of the dismissal imposed on an employee who produces the medical certificate late to justify the period of absence.
