This event brings together representatives from the institutional, academic and corporate sectors to discuss the evolving framework for the governance of listed companies and the role of the Italian Consolidated Finance Act (Testo Unico della Finanza) within the ongoing reform agenda.

The discussion will focus on recent and proposed changes to capital markets regulation aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the Italian stock exchange and simplifying compliance requirements for businesses. Particular attention will be given to the impact of governance choices on listed companies, their relationship with investors and, more broadly, on the overall attractiveness of the market.
