Consumer protection in light of the transposition of the Directive on representative actions for the protection of collective consumer interests.

On 23 March 2023, Legislative Decree No. 28 of 10 March 2023 (hereafter referred to as the 'Decree') came into force, implementing Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2020 on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers.
