CBA acts as legal advisor on startup of IDEA CCR I, a Euro 260mn worth fund

CBA took part in the designing of the fund model and advised on the tax, legal and regulatory issues connected with the implementation of the project, with a multidisciplinary team headed by Luca Fabbrini.

IDEA CCR I (Corporate Credit Recovery), is the first Italian DIP (Debtor-In-Possession) Financing fund established on the purpose to recover medium-sized Italian enterprises in financial distress but still in possession of strong business basics.
