The IBAN Association has been engaged for 16 years in providing guidance to lawmakers with a view to promoting investments and facilitating the establishment and development of start-ups. In 2014, in concert with CBA, the Association wrote the White Book on Start-Ups, which contains several suggestions concerning the areas of tax law, corporate law and labour law.
