CBA advises ABL

Neip III, an investment company managed by Finint & Partners, entered Abl corporate structure with a 44.25% stake, and left the remaining share capital and the company's management to its historic shareholders, the Ascari’s family. CBA’s team composed of Giorgio Iacobone, Antonio Martini and Matteo Bignami, advised ABL on the relevant contractual and tax aspects.
