CBA Studio Legale e Tributario advised the Sparkasse Group on the complex reorganisation of the ownership structure of a real estate portfolio with a total value of approximately €15 million. The project was carried out over a two-year period under the leadership of Director Ferruccio Ravelli.
The transaction involved the streamlining of office and logistics properties held through alternative investment funds (AIFs), the subsequent transfer of the assets to Sparim and, ultimately, the disposal on the market of part of the real estate portfolio subject to the reorganisation.
CBA supported the Group throughout all phases of the project, providing legal, tax and regulatory advice. The team was led by partner Francesco Assegnati and included associates Nica Barcellona and Federica Uggeri.
The team operates within CBA’s Fund Formation practice, which advises clients on matters relating to asset management and real estate investments.
The transaction highlights the Sparkasse Group’s proactive approach to managing and enhancing the value of its real estate investments, while further strengthening CBA’s track record in the reorganisation and optimisation of assets held through regulated investment structures.
