CBA Studio Legale e Tributario advised Costa Clinic on the analysis, structuring and definition of the financial framework of the transaction supporting the development of a new private healthcare facility in Sardinia.
The transaction is carried out through Bros Investments, an investment vehicle jointly owned by the holding companies Finvacchi and Sri Group, ultimately controlled by Bernardo Vacchi and Giulio Gallazzi, two leading figures in the Italian financial and entrepreneurial landscape. The overall investment exceeds €7 million, while the total assets attributable to the two holding companies amount to more than €300 million.
Within Costa Clinic’s governance structure, Bernardo Vacchi serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, while Giulio Gallazzi holds the position of Executive Vice Chairman. The project forms part of a long-term investment strategy focused on the development of entrepreneurial initiatives with strong local roots, characterised by a flexible private equity and asset management model.
CBA’s team was led by Partner Angelo Bonissoni.
